About the Services

Sessions are expected to run anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your goals, progress, and needs.
Sessions are available in-person for those in the Chicago area and remote sessions are available for those who live in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, IL, IN, MI, NH, OR, SC, TX, VT, VA, WI, and WY

Meal plans can be made as specific as you’d like. This means meal plans can consist of specific products you’d like to see included, macros, and other elements if you’d like. Meal plans can also be designed to be as flexible and adaptable as your schedule.

Bonus days can be a variety of things, from an extra one-day plan for days off to simply having more options for variety in your day-to-day meals.
When ordering a bonus day a la carte, please order it at least one week in advance to guarantee the plan can be sent on time.
