The sessions are booked via a booking link after payment is made. All sessions are book though the healthie platform.

If you live in the Chicago area session can be in-person. If you do not live in the Chicago area, sessions are done via telehealth.

Yes. A la carte sessions expire 30 days after purchase to encourage accountability.

I accept credit card, cash, and Zelle. All payments need to be made in advance. If you would like to pay via cash or zelle please email me for further directions.

No, but you are always welcome to request an invoice and file the claim independently.

The initial session and all a la carte offerings are able to be purchased on the behalf of someone else.

I work with people between the ages of 12 to 65.

A session is able to be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel because you cannot make it into the physical office location, the session can be turned into a telehealth session.
If you have purchased a session a la carte or as part of a package, you can reschedule the session at no charge so long as it is still within 30-days of purchase.
All purchases are non-refundable.
If you are a no-show there is a $50 fee so please reach out if you need to cancel.
