About Cirquelaire Care

CQC is run by me! Aleia Olson, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Personal Trainer.

I graduated with a masters in Community Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University. While in school I had the opportunity to work with D1 athletes at a Big 10 school, athletes in Spain exploring the intersection between the Mediterranean diet and sports nutrition, and spent a brief time working at Roger’s Behavioral Health helping those with eating disorders including a few athletes. I was also an athlete, swimming for 15 years and dabbling in other sports like hockey and diving along the way. I found my way to circus arts in my undergrad and then did my thesis on supplement use in circus artists to help build helpful healthcare reference material for other healthcare providers who work with circus artists.

I am also proud to offer services to those in aviation for a few reasons. The first of which is that there are two pilots in my family and with that, I have seen first hand the challenges many pilots face when it comes to their health, from finding food at the airport, to finding time to exercise. The second reason I am proud to offer services to pilots and flight attendants is simply that I love to travel.
